INFORMATION FOR BOOKED PASSENGERS:

Immediately after final payment, please pre-register for your cruise by clicking the "Already Booked" button on our home page and following the instructions for NCL Online Guest Registration. If you need your reservation number, e-mail kparker@parkercruise.com with your name, ship, and sailing date. If you do not register, you will not receive your "Welcome Kit" from NCL, which will include your luggage tags, shore excursion booklet, and Q & A booklet.

E-TICKETS can be retrieved ANY TIME after final payment. Visit www.ncl.com/edocs and enter your reservation number to get access to your ticket. If you do not have your reservation number handy e-mail kparker@parkercruise.com with your name... I'll return your rez number in an e-mail.

EMBARKATION - The official start time is 1pm, per your cruise ticket. Lines are shorter after 2pm; please be aboard by 3pm at the latest.

REMEMBER! Proper Documentation required to board Alaska cruises in 2009 = A PASSPORT IS REQUIRED after June 1. Prior to June 1, 2009... Drivers license and original or certified copy of birth certificate is OK. Parker Cruise & Tour cannot be held liable for passengers who are denied boarding because of lack of proper ID.

REMEMBER! Don't be taken by surprise... NCL automatically charges $12 per day per person to your stateroom account for staff gratuities. 3rd/4th passengers were charged half that last time we cruised, but... things may have changed. This is in lieu of the envelopes that used to be handed out on cruises to tip waiters, bus boys, cabin service... and with FREESTYLE this is most practical, as... you have different waitstaff every meal.
